Client Casework: Providing Emergency Assistance

This course is designed to train Red Cross caseworkers how to conduct effective client interviews, assess client needs and determine the appropriate assistance to help meet a client's immediate disaster-caused or disaster-aggravated needs using the tools and resources available to caseworkers.

PREREQUISUITES: Fulfilling Our Mission

This class is being offered by the Western Wisconsin Chapter at NO COST. Participants are responsible for lunch meals for all day classes.
